Twin Cities REO BootCamp

2010 is going to be a great year. I have partnered up with Andrea Corbin of Contract Design to host some excellent educational and networking workshops for real estate investors in the Minneapolis and St Paul, MN Metro are.

These workshops will include but not be limited to:

- How to find Bank Owned and HUD homes to purchase
- How to create a plan for profit when buying investment properties for sale or rent
- What it takes to get the financing that is right for you
- Why experienced agents are key to your success in both buying and selling
- The difference between rehabbing to rent and rehabbing to sell

Each event will be co-sponsored by some of the top REO agents in the metro providing their years of experience to the new and old investor.
